The person who measures up is the person who runs the job
Krabi Renovations (กระบี่ รีโนเวชันส์) builds steel structures and home extensions across Krabi province. Every job is looked after by Rong: he visits the property, talks the options through, writes the quote and supervises the crew on site. What you agree at the survey doesn’t get lost between a salesperson and a sub-contractor.
The team behind him has more than 30 years of steel-work experience. We don’t have a showroom; we come to you. You choose the steel grade and rust-protection system, and Rong explains the trade-offs of each before you decide.
We aren’t a luxury builder. We do solid, standard work that ordinary homes and small businesses can afford, and most of it comes through word of mouth. This site is here so you can check how we price and what we build before you get in touch.
A note on language
The crew on site works in Thai. Online, an English-speaking admin answers LINE messages, arranges your site survey and relays questions and the quote between you and Rong. The joint that leaks most often. Rong decides whether it needs proper flashing or whether the new roof has to sit higher.

If the design you have in mind doesn’t suit the building or the budget, Rong will suggest a cheaper or longer-lasting option and let you choose.

Jobs start from 10,000 THB (the real price follows your site and material prices at the time) · 30% deposit · cash bill, no VAT invoice · 1-year warranty under the conditions in the quote · travel fee only for remote or boat-access areas.
What we take on
Steel work and extensions of most kinds, in every district of Krabi province, from Ao Nang and Krabi Town to Ko Lanta and the inland districts. If a job is outside what we do well, Rong will say so at the start.

Full contract (labour + materials) or labour-only. Nothing hidden in a lump sum.

Only once you have agreed the design and price. Payment is by cash bill, no VAT invoice.
