1A written, itemised quote
No lump-sum guesses. The quote is based on your site and material prices on the day, with steel sizes, materials and exclusions spelled out.
Hiring a builder in Krabi →2A free site survey before any price
Where the new roof meets the house, the ground, where the rain will run: photos can’t show that, so Rong visits every job.
How the survey works →3Labour-only if you prefer
Already have materials, or want to control the budget yourself? Buy them and hire just the crew.

Not a Thai speaker? Here’s how it works
- 1
Message us in English on LINE
Send a wide shot, the wall or beam it attaches to, the ground, rough measurements and a location pin. Our English-speaking admin picks it up and passes it to Rong for a first opinion.
- 2
Survey and quote, coordinated in English
The crew on site works in Thai. Our admin arranges the visit, relays your questions and sends the quote, so you always have someone to message in English.
- 3
Clear terms before work starts
Written quote, 30% deposit, cash bill with no VAT invoice, 1-year warranty under the conditions in the quote. Remote or boat-access areas carry a travel fee.
Service areas
We cover all of Krabi province
A villa near the sea and a house inland need different materials. Each area page covers salt air or roof heat, travel, permits and what the site survey involves.

- 3
Written, itemised quote
Full contract (labour + materials) or labour-only. Nothing hidden in a lump sum.
- 4
30% deposit, then work starts
Only once you have agreed the design and price. Payment is by cash bill, no VAT invoice.
- 5
Walk-through before handover
We check every point with you. 1-year warranty under the conditions in the quote.
Who does the work
The person who surveys your job runs it
Rong visits your property, writes the quote and supervises the crew on site, so what you agreed at the survey doesn’t get lost along the way. Most of our work comes through word of mouth. This site is here so you can check how we work and how we price before you get in touch.
